About the role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making. This role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance to support business growth.
The Principal Responsibilities of the Finance Manager Are:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure effective financial management.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage cash flow, financial risks, and investment strategies.
- Lead financial reporting processes, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial efficiency and drive business growth.
Requirements
Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA, CFA, or MBA Finance is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, make effective and timely decisions, and solve problems.
Qualifications Preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience in financial management roles.
- Prior experience in risk management, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning.
- Experience working with financial modeling, cost control, and corporate finance strategies.
- Prior experience working at a startup or fast-growing company.
