About the role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models for real-world applications. The principal responsibilities of the AI /ML Engineer are:

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for various applications.
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments.
  • Implement and fine-tune deep learning architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into products and services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science to enhance system performance.

Requirements

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, make effective and timely decisions, and solve complex problems.

Qualifications Preferred

  • Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
  • Prior experience working at a startup or fast-growing tech company.
